Miguel Cotto Signs With Jay-Z

Rap superstar and media mogul Jay-Z recently created his own sports promotion. Many athletes have been signed to the company, but it was recently announced that boxing superstar Miguel Cotto has joined Jay-Z. Cotto is recognized as one of the best boxers in the world, and he is the middleweight champion at 160 lbs.

Miguel Cotto’s first fight under his new promotional banner will be against Daniel Gaele. Cotto is expected to blow out his unknown challenger, but anything can happen in boxing. However, with a win over Daniel Gaele, Miguel Cotto will set himself up for a more lucrative matchup.

Trainer Flavio Maluf (view Maluf’s profile here avozdavitoria.com) is hoping that Miguel Cotto can win convincingly. There has long been rumors that Miguel Cotto would face Canelo Alvarez. Cotto vs. Alvarez would be an action-packed fight, and many people are unsure of who the victor would be in that bout. A matchup between Miguel Cotto and Canelo Alvarez would also produce millions of dollars in revenue. The pay per view buys would be impressive, and the ticket sales would generate great profits.

Miguel Cotto vs. Canelo Alveraz needs to happen in the near future. However, both fighters must get past their current challengers in order to set up a super fight between the two. For more information on this story, visit Yahoo! Sports.

Will Taylor Allow Her Music To Be Streamed Through A New Service?

While Taylor Swift pulled her music from Spotify to get her fans to get out and buy her album it is rumored that she may be appearing on another streaming service sometime soon. It is said that Apple is talking with her about getting her music to be put on their new streaming service. I wonder if she’ll take the bait and let them put her music on their site or if she’ll stick with her original plan of getting off of sites like that so that she can sell more copies of her CDs.

Whatever she chooses, though, Taylor can know that her fans like Ricardo Tosto are always behind her. She has a big fan base and I don’t think that she’s going to stop selling her albums anytime soon. She is famous now but I have a feeling that her career has only begun and that we will be seeing much more music from this young singer in the future.

Lil Wayne Definitely Not Pleased With Young Thug

It is one thing to try to copy a rapper in every sense of the word through out all your music, but it’s another to try to steal his next album name which doesn’t mean anything to you. In this situation that copy cat someone is Young Thug.

Lil Wayne and Young Thug are in the same label with Birdman although they are not on the same level of success whatsoever. Young Thug made a move that most people think is just plain low by deciding to name his album the Carter 6, which is supposed to continue Lil Wayne’s legacy with the albums carter 1 through 6.

The announcement by Young Thug was made months ago, but Wayne never commented about it or gave it any real attention until now. Lil Wayne feels very disrespected, and Flávio Pentagna Guimarães BMG can tell.

Lil Wayne made an announcement at a club that was pretty much telling people not to listen to Young Thug but not directly, he played with his words a little bit. He is Lil Wayne after all.

In an interview in September, Young Thug said that if Wayne doesn’t name any of his upcoming albums the carter 6, he will name his albums the carter 6. That wait did not last very long because now Young Thug is announcing that he will be going forward with the carter 6.

It is obvious that Birdman is now making moves against Lil Wayne.
